Spa(ahhh) Day Sunday: Soon Skincare Brightening Face Mask & Hydrating Eye Patch Review
Since the Coronavirus hit, I have sort of lost track of my days because I’m not working my very part-time job. Ordinarily I have a set time for my self-care on Sunday every week. But lately, it seems I’m masking rather frequently, and not necessarily on Sunday, which I suppose is a great thing. Anyway, for this week’s Spa(ahhh) Day Sunday I tried out a couple masks from Soon Skin Care, one for face and one for eyes. And they were Ahhhmazing!
About Soon Skincare Biocellulose Brightening Face Mask $22.00 – $88:
Our Brightening Face Mask is packed with Arbutin, an extract from the bearberry plant that actually slows down the production of melanin, which is what causes dark spots and discoloration. Immediate results will include more radiant skin with a light-reflecting luminosity. Niacinamide will reduce enlarged pores, brighten dull and uneven patches and soften fine lines. It is also packed with Adenosine which has proven anti-wrinkle benefits due to its ability to energize the skin’s surface so it looks smoother and younger. Other high-performing ingredients include Betaine to temporarily fill fine lines and wrinkles while silkening and softening your complexion and Hyaluronic acid to hydrate and plump for a more youthful appearance.
My results:
I was really excited to use the Soon Skincare Biocellulose Brightening Face Mask as brightening and plumping my skin are top priorities for me. What I first noticed (and appreciated) about this sheet mask was the quality of the product. I have used my share of flimsy, poorly packaged sheet masks, but Soon Brightening mask was packaged so as to preserve the integrity of the mask itself. Because of that, I was able to easily apply the mask to my face and to keep it there!
I received two of these masks and after each time using them my skin was glowing, really luminous. And my fine lines on my forehead we barely visible! Now that blew me away. My skin also felt much firmer after removing the mask, and that was a benefit I was’t expecting. I do think that the masks have to be used on a consistent basis to benefit from all the ingredients for reducing enlarged pores. I am an ingredients freak, and love that Soon uses the best and proven ingredients to accomplish their claims.

About Soon Skincare Hydrating Blueberry Hydrogel Eye Patch (Single Pair) $6.00:
These under-eye patch masks are designed to help with the most common stressed out skin problems known to busy women everywhere. Models swear by them and love our squishy, gel-like masks to combat dark circles, crow’s feet, puffiness, and sagging lids, which can make anyone look ten years older than they already are. The goal is to counteract the effects of sun-damage, hang-overs, poor sleep, frustratingly long commutes, inadequate makeup removal, way too much screen time, environmental toxins as well as dry, aging skin around the delicate area of the eyes.
My results:
My biggest concerns with my under eye area are dark circles and puffiness. I honestly fight these issues daily. I’m sure my puffiness and dark circles are because of my eternally late nights, red wine consumption and allergies, so I love eye masks that address these issues. And, that’s exactly what Soon Skincare Hydrating Blueberry Hydrogel Eye Patches do for me.
When I first used these Hydrating Blueberry Hydrogel Eye Patches, I was amazed at the quality. I have used hydrogel eye patch masks before and they fall apart and slide off my face so I didn’t have high hopes for these eye patches. But, I was so wrong. These quality hydrogel eye patches STICK to your skin and deliver wonderful results. They can be worn for up to 30 minutes, but I never follow directions and I slept overnight in my set.
I woke up to see my under eyes without puffiness and dark circles minimized. My under eye area was moisturized and the skin looks fresh and firm. See the photo above for my after.
