The last few months I’ve been complaining about my itchy scalp. So my know-it-all daughters keep telling me that I need to oil my scalp. And, I keep rejecting that proposition for several reasons. The main one being that my hair is fine and every time I use an oil in my hair it takes control and I’m left with greasy limp hair.

My results:

First off, I have to give big props to these young women, as I’m all about the details when it comes to product presentation. My Native Crown order came in a bespoke box with their signature colors of marigold and fuchsia. WOW! Loved it. Little touches were added that are cute and necessary. More on that later.

The Cool Citrus Scalp Oil comes in a brown apothecary bottle with dropper and the scent is very light and pleasant. I have used this scalp oil twice now and my scalp issues are pretty much over. Number one is that Cool Citrus Scalp Oil is not heavy and my hair didn’t turn my hair into an oil slick. As a matter of fact it absorbed really well. My hair feels so great and it’s super shiny. My other issue with my hair is that it is beyond frizzy. I noticed that using Native Crown Cool Citrus Scalp Oil has reduced the frizz in my hair, it’s much smoother. And that’s a plus in this humid Atlanta weather, I need all the frizz control I can get!

Now, back to the packaging — the box that I received my order is is so cute and lovely and gives this brand a luxury look.

I mentioned the brown glass apothecary bottle earlier and I appreciate that as brown bottles protect your essential oils. Additionally, included with your order is an information card with all the deets about your product. I love that. Also included is a cute little bag with spatulas for your products.
