Spa(ahhh) Day Sunday: Kypris Deep Forest Clarifying Clay Mask & Exfoliant Review
I really enjoy my Sunday mini-facial day. It’s the one day of the week that I take time out for myself and focus on my skin. Some weeks I do more and others I do less when it comes to my skin care ritual. This week for Spa(ahhh) Day Sunday I’m trying Kypris Deep Forest Clarifying Clay Exfoliant & Mask, and I’m not doing the most because I trust this mask alone will give me fabulous results. I’ve never been disappointed by a single product I’ve used from Kypris.
About Kypris Deep Forest Clarifying Clay Mask & Exfoliant $105:
A Tryst with Nature…
Forest, earth, and sea combine to clarify, brighten, soften, smooth, and exfoliate. Deep Forest Clay Clarifying Mask & Exfoliant clarifies skin’s appearance with Nature’s renewing treasures: cleansing clay, mineral-rich oceanic salt, soothing algae, botanical exfoliants, and a potpourri of extracts from trees, roots, leaves, fruits, and flowers. Made for oily, combination, imbalanced, or untroubled complexions.
My results:
When I first open my jar of Kypris Deep Forest Clarifying Clay Mask & Exfoliant and smelled the aromatic scent, I pretty much knew that I had another product to fall in love with from Kypris. The color of this clay mask is deep green (like the forest) and lush and creamy.
My first time using Kypris Deep Forest Clarifying Clay Mask & Exfoliant I did a full on 20 minute mask, and enjoyed every minute of it. This clay mask hits your face with a cool soothing sensation. As it dries there is a light “tingling” feel — not like a sting, but like you know something great is happening under that clay. And that’ a good thing. After removing the mask, my skin was still having that pleasant tingling sensation. And, oh my, my skin was so right and clear. (see my pics below)
Now, a secondary function for Kypris Deep Forest Clarifying Clay Mask & Exfoliant is for daily exfoliation, allowing to rest on skin 1-2 minutes. And this is my favorite use for this clay mask. Any time I see the word exfoliation, I’m in. So, when I used this mask for a treatment during the week, my pores were hardly visible. And that’s nearly miraculous for me, the girl with the enlarged pores from my early oily skin days.
My only problem is that I don’t want to use my product that often because I love it so much! If you are a skin care hoarder, you know what I mean. Of course, I love Kypris because of all of the care that goes into creating such beautiful and effective organic skin care.
