Makeup Review: FENTY BEAUTY by Rihanna Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush in Daquiri Dip

I’ve been a cream blush lover FOREVER! And now that I’m a bit more “mature” and my skin is drier, I love a dewy look to my skin. Using a cream blush makes my skin look like I’m blushing from within. When I received notice that Fenty Beauty was launching Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush, I was absolutely thrilled because I’m all about that blush!

So it goes without saying, that I’m in love with Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush in Daquiri Dip. It’s so easy to use. You can just pat the blush on your cheeks and blend with your fingertips or swipe it on with a brush, or you can even use a sponge. Fingertip application is my favorite.

I live in Atlanta and the heat and humidity here is off the charts and unless I have my Mariah Carey fan blowing my makeup is melting off my face. But, Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush is melt-proof, sweat-proof and apparently menopause proof. So this is clearly the blush you want to wear to the club, the beach, the pool, with the top down and for every other occasion you can think of.

This blush is totally buildable. I love a LOOK AT ME, I’M WEARING BLUSH look, so I just keep patting it on until I get the look I want. Even my first sheer application was very pretty and so natural.

I also have a touch of the Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Bronzer to contour my cheeks and jaw, and you can’t even see it. Yassss. But, that’s another review…

I also used this cream blush on my lips, and it creates a semi-matte lip color and then I’m all color coordinated. Add a bit of gloss and then you have a whole new thing going on.

And don’t be deceived by the small size — the blush is so pigment potent, that a dab goes a very long way.
