Get the Look: Chrissy Teigen at the 2018 People’s Choice Awards

Chrissy Teigen skipped the usual red carpet walk at the 2018 People’s Choice Awards this year, but rather debuted her dress choice as a presenter at the event. Wearing a  sparkly Zuhair Murad minidress with a thigh split and deep v-neck, Teigen slayed as usual.

Celebrity Hairstylist Glen Coco styled Teigen’s hair for the night using ghd tools.

TIPS &TECHNIQUES

“Prep with a thickening spray all over dry hair and then blow dry with the ghd Air Hairdryer ($199) and ghd ceramic vented radial brush size 2 ($35). Next, curl the hair using the ghd CURVE Classic Curl Iron ($199) , then loosen the curls to create texture with the ghd platinum+ styler. I specifically used the ghd Platinum+ Styler ($249) to loosen the curls, it makes it seem more organic and undone.

Then I applied a generous amount of texturing spray before forming & shaping the hair into a French twist with the length hanging below the twist to emulate a ponytail, pinning the hair as you go. To finish the look, set facial framing pieces with the ghd CURVE Classic Curl Iron ($199) and apply hairspray to hold.”
