I live in the Bay Area of Northern California, and we have been getting pounded with uncharacteristic torrential rain. Well, maybe torrential is a bit of a stretch, but nonetheless, we are getting drenched. If you, like me, take the time to apply makeup, I’m sure that you want it to be in place even after you face the elements. Over the years, I have learned a few tricks and found a few product that help makeup last through various forms of attack by water—be it sweat from extreme temperatures, water at the beach or the winter rain we are currently experiencing. 1.
