What I’m Loving Now: Karen’s Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia Leave-in Conditioner

I have been a leave-in conditioner user for years; I’m talking over 40 years.  The leave-in that I was introduced to in my late teens was like water, I’m sure you know the one.    But you know what?  It worked. It detangled my hair and left it less frizzier than it would have been without it.

Fortunately, leave-in conditioners have come a long way since then.  One in particular that has raised the bar for leave-ins is Karen’s Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia Leave-in Conditioner.  It is pretty much amazing.

Here are the details about Karen’s Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia Leave-in Conditioner:

Karens Body Beautiful Sweet AmbrosiaDETANGLES. SOFTENS. MOISTURIZES.
WORKS BEST FOR Thick kinks or curls, relaxed, color treated or dry hair.
DIRECTIONS: Apply a generous amount to hair when damp or dry to refresh and moisturize. Can be used several times a week or daily. Use before you apply heat (flat ironing, blow drying, etc.), since this product is water based.

INGREDIENTS: Purified Water, Jojoba, Avocado and Coconut Oils, Vegetable Wax, Panthenol, Arnica, Calendula, Echinacea, Nettle & Horsetail Extracts, Vegetable Glycerin, Wheat Germ Oil, Essential and/or Fragrance Oil, Ascorbic Acid & Vitamin E

Why I love it:

The formula of Karen’s Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia Leave-in Conditioner is just perfect — not to runny, not too thick.  It seemingly melts right into your hair.  On top of that, it makes detangling a breeze.  I use this leave-in conditioner between washings, as well as after I wash my hair without experiencing buildup. The inclusion of oils in a leave-in conditioner formula is genius and my hair loves it.

My hair is fine and frizzy, so heavier conditioners tend to weigh it down which I why I prefer the weight of Sweet Ambrosia Leave-in.  It’s lightweight without being watery, and substantial enough to work on thicker, coarser hair as well.  I have tried two fragrances and they are both LOVELY!  Not at all synthetic smelling.

The pump bottle is perfect, no worries about spillage or getting too much or too little product.

Big bonus for being an organic hair product!
