Budget Makeup Review: Milani Screen Queen Foundation 380 Deep Tan

I love a good foundation. And I love a good foundation at a good price. That’s exactly what I found with Milani Screen Queen Foundation.

About Milani Screen Queen Foundation 380 Deep Tan $13.99 (vegan, cruelty free)

Break up with blue light!

You’re on your phone 24/7. We’re not mad at you, but your skin might be because the blue light coming from your devices could be doing some serious damage.

Level up your skin’s digital defense with Milani’s NEW Screen Queen Foundation. Created to give you woke-up-like-this effortlessly perfected skin, this buildable light-to-medium coverage foundation blends seamlessly and blurs imperfections for an even, luminous, natural skin finish. Made with Digital Bluelight Filter™ Technology, this first-of-its-kind formula, helps fight the signs of digital damage – dullness, discoloration & hyper-pigmentation, to keep your skin on point no matter how much screen time you clock.

My results:

First off, I was blown away by how luxuriously creamy Milani Screen Queen Foundation is. A couple pumps of this foundation COMPLETELY covers my skin. This foundation is full coverage without looking like full coverage, and I love that. I tend to like a lighter finish in my foundation as I get older, and with Milani Screen Queen Foundation I am able to buff it out to a medium to *sheer coverage. I don’t even need concealer with this foundation, and that’s amazing as I have dark circles in a major way. I would consider the finish a satin or demi-matte.

The color description and what’s in the bottle was almost a  perfect match for me. Considering that I purchased online, I will just go ahead and say perfect. Typically I match most foundations that are for medium/deep with a warm undertone. I’m the deepest in the medium range here though. (I think a shade down would have been too dark.) Milani Screen Queen Foundation works because Milani gets the undertone right! Bonus points for no ashiness!

I have major issues with my pores and I find that this foundation makes them practically “disappear” — they are totally blurred. Aditionally, I have “mature”skin, I’m on the normal to dry side, and I feel absolutely comfortable wearing this foundation.

As far as wearability, Milani Screen Queen Foundation lasts for hours without smudging, flaking, drying or oxidizing. It doesn’t even feel like I’m even wearing foundation as a matter of fact.

*Sheer when mixed with a little moisturizer or primer.
