I’m not a young chick anymore. I’m not particularly edgy with my style. And for all my liberalness, I still kind of cringe when I see green, blue and black lipstick. But I have been ever-so-determined to break out of my comfort zone and wear a dark lipstick this fall. Well, besides wanting to find a dark lipstick I can wear without feeling like I’m looking foolish, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick in Griselda is just plain a great fit. Here’s why.l..

I love the slim bullet with the flat, slanted tip, it makes the lipstick perfect for applying in my cupid’s bow and corners of my mouth. The formula of this matte lipstick is wonderful, in that it goes on smoothly and then finishes a matte finish. I have tried other matte lipsticks that feel like I’m scraping it against my lips to apply it and that’s so not the case here. Per the claim, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick does not bleed and stays completely in place. Now, my big issue was looking too old, and foolish wearing such a dark lip. Every fall I try a dark lippie, I look in the mirror and think, “wipe that stuff off.
