Spa(ahhh) Day Sunday: DIY Cranberry Mask from Dr. Whitney Bowe
NYC-based dermatologist Dr. Whitney Bowe shares a seasonal-inspired skin solution to help your skin look as good as your food tastes!
Cranberries: This berry is high in collagen-building vitamin C and ellagic acid, an antioxidant that protects skin from sun damage and hinders the formation of enzymes which break down elastin in the skin.
Try making your own antioxidant-boosting mask by mixing a half cup of mashed cranberries together with a half cup of yogurt (which contains probiotics, a healthy bacteria and anti-inflammatory) to reveal hydrated, radiant-looking skin!
