Makeup Review: Laura Mercier Candleglow Concealer and Highlighter in Deep

I’m a wife, mother of a toddler and I work close to a full-time schedule. That equals my suffering from horrendous under eye circles from lack of sufficient sleep on a regular basis. I use eye cream, eye gels, eye masks when I have time or remember, but when I have to look alive with some semblance of sanity, I truly need an amazing concealer. And, I’m so glad I was given the opportunity to try Laura Mercier Candleglow Concealer and Highlighter. Let me just say it makes me look human again…

My results:

There are so many things to love about Laura Mercier Candleglow Concealer and Highlighter that I really don’t know where to start, so lets go with the applicator. This genius applicator wand fits perfectly in the corners of my eyes and the product pumps out through the “puff” tip with a click like a pen. I don’t care for heavy makeup, so I’m completely happy that this concealer is full-coverage without looking like it! A little goes a long way, and when I need to add a bit more, it builds beautifully. I use a blender with it on occasion when I am wearing full face makeup. (The description says sheer, but I find that it covers really well.)

The color match (deep) was right on for me, it blends perfectly with my darker skin tone. I also spot use it on various places on my face where I have a little scars or discoloration.One of the best benefits of Laura Mercier Candleglow Concealer and Highlighter is that brightens the under eye area and makes you look kind of “glowy” and awake without the obvious look of makeup. My tube lasted me about two months, which is better than average, considering that I used it everyday!
