Zoe Saldana’s Red Carpet Beauty Look at the 2025 Oscar Awards

On Sunday, March 2nd, Oscar winner Zoe Saldaña attended the 2025 Oscar Awards in Los Angeles. Saldaña wore a custom look courtesy of Saint Laurent. The strapless “bubble” dress featured a semi-sheer bust with shimmering and black threaded details in a diamond pattern.

Gracing Saldaña’s neck was a Cartier necklace that took 34 months to make. Celebrity makeup artist Vera Steimberg applied Armani Beauty makeup to create Saldaña’s glamorous red-carpet makeup look.

Inspiration:

ZOE’S 2025 OSCARS MAKEUP – FACE:

First, Vera applied Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 7.75 on the cheeks and nose area. To contour, she applied Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 8.75 on Zoe’s forehead and jawline.

 

Next, she used Luminous Silk Concealer in 7.5 and a touch of shade 7 under the eyes for brightening.

Vera then applied Luminous Silk Creamy Bronzing Powder in shade 110 to Zoe’s cheekbones, temples, jawline, forehead, and neck area to warm up the face.

 

Then, she used Luminous Silk Cheek Tint in shade 62 and layered Luminous Silk Glow Blush in 51 and 52 on top.

Lastly, she added Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer in shade 2 to her cheekbones and to the tip of her nose.

ZOE’S 2025 OSCARS MAKEUP – EYES:

For the eye, Vera first applied Luminous Silk Creamy Bronzing Powder in shade 110 to her lids to add warmth and to contour the eyes. (Same as above)

Next, she applied Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in shade 10s on the outer corner to create depth and smoothed it out using a brush.

Continuing to use natural-tone shades, she mixed Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in 56S and 44S and applied on the center of Zoe’s eyelid.

 

To give the eyes more definition, Vera used Smooth Silk Eye Pencil in shade 04 and then finished with defined coats of the NEW Vertigo Lift Mascara (launching in the US on 3/28) on Zoe’s bottom and top lashes.

Pro-tip: Vera applied the NEW Luminous Silk Acqua Highlighter in shade 01 on Zoe’s brow bone for the perfect glow.

ZOE’S 2025 OSCARS MAKEUP –  LIPS: 

Vera applied Lip Power Lipstick in shade 108 and finished off the look with Prisma Glass Lip Gloss in shade 02 for added shine.
