Spa(ahhh) Day Sunday: Jenette Skincare Magic Matcha – Green Tea Superfood Masque Review

It’s Sunday, and it’s time for a little #selfcare for myself. I’ve been slacking a bit, so I’m getting back on track with my Spa(ahhh) Day Sunday with a masque from Jeanette Skincare. I’m super excited to use this Green Tea Superfood Masque because of the  fabulous ingredients, which you will discover below.

About Jenette Skincare Magic Matcha – Green Tea Superfood Masque $108

A superfood smoothie for your skin! This magical formula has been years in the making and is finally available to a discerning clientele looking for excellence in luxurious, small-batch, handcrafted skincare. The exquisite masque harnesses the power of organic Matcha green tea, a powerful superfood and free-radical scavenger, which is loaded with antioxidants. All-organic and pure, this skin saver is also fortified with green tea extract, cucumber, Jenette’s proprietary blend of Chinese and Korean herbs, calendula, celery, and cold-pressed aloe vera.

The decadently dark green masque is a luxury to apply with its smooth consistency and mild herbaceous scent, reducing inflammation, evening skin tone, minimizing acne, and boosting skin elasticity. You will relish in a dewy, refreshed glow after rinse-off. It’s a fantastic option for use after spending a lot of time outdoors, literally taking off the damage from the heat, sun, beach, or pool time! For optimal results, this Matcha green tea masque should be used at least once a week. Those looking to really tackle pigmentation can use it every 4 to 5 days.

My results with Jenette Skincare Magic Matcha Masque:

This was my first time using Jenette Skincare Magic Matcha Masque, even though I have had it a few weeks. MY BAD! This phenomenal green tea mask, left my skin looking and feeling fabulous.

So, after thoroughly cleansing my skin I applied Jenette Skincare Magic Matcha Masque to my skin in a rather heavy layer with a facial fan brush. Then it’s time to pour myself a glass of red wine and let the green tea masque go to work. I always warn my clients about letting a facial mask dry to the point your have to scrub it off — then it’s been sitting too long. Well, I proceeded to do exactly what I say not to do. But not problem. I sprayed my skin with an organic facial mist to soften the Magic Matcha Masque, them removed it with warm towels.

After removing the Jenette Skincare masque, my skin felt super tingly refreshed. My pores were practically non-existent. And, that’s huge for me! My skin looked tremendously brighter and smoother. (Since Jenette Skincare Magic Matcha Masque is recommended for hyperpigmentation, I’m going to try it every four days and see how my results turn out.)

I finished up with a serum and Jenette Skincare Be Nourished Age Defying Moisturizer. I’m glowing!

Warning: This masque can be slight liquid if in a warm temperature. So be careful when you open the jar. Better yet, put it in the refrigerator for an hour or so. I had a messy spill!
