Get-The-Look: Ayo Edebiri for the 2024 Golden Globes

Ayo Edebiri stepped out on the red carpet at the Golden Globes on January 7th in Los Angeles wearing a red-hot custom gown by Prada. The long red double-layer train of satin and tulle gown was paired with red stilettos and minimal jewelry. Edebiri’s look was so beautiful, we have the breakdown on how to get the look with Maui Moisture.

Makeup artist Dana Delany kept Edebiri’s makeup simple also with an emphasis on clean skin and full eyebrows using Benefit Cosmetics. Simple yet sleek hair was achieved by Celebrity hairstylist Miles Jeffries using  Maui Moisture products to create the look.

Below we have the breakdown of how Jeffries created Edebiri’s hair style for the 2024 Golden Globes:

TIPS/TECHNIQUE: “Before blow drying I prepped the hair with Maui Moisture Frizz-Free Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Mist and Maui Moisture Flexible Hold + Coconut Milk Curl Foam Mousse. I then went through and smoothed the hair with a flatiron and a 1” curling iron being sure to add kicks and bends for a softer sleek look with some movement and a little flip.

To finish I applied the Maui Moisture Lightweight Curls + Flaxseed Edge Control to the hairline. With the excess, I worked into my palms and smoothed any flyaway in the crown. After the hair was perfect, I used alight holding spray to make it last all night.”
