Since the Coronavirus pandemic, I have had time to do things I usually would’t take time to do. Spending an extra five minutes in the shower, and even taking a bath! That’s major for me, because I like to cut everything short because I prefer to sleep over primping. But, now that I have no time constraints, I have found time to enjoy the simple things in life, like a steaming hot bath with a lovely bar of soap. Yes, BAR OF SOAP! I’m a die-hard soap girl, and right now my soap of choice comes from Soapcreek. So, now I’m taking time for a little self-care.

Why I love Soapcreek bar soaps:

I’m a bar soap aficionado. I’m not into shower gel, it just doesn’t give me the same uplifting feel I get with a fragrant bar of soap. Plus bar soaps just last so much longer.

When I received my Soapcreek bar soaps I was reluctant to use them, they were much too beautiful. (I’m sure the hand-crafted element of these soaps lends to their beauty.) So they sat in my bathroom creating lovely aromas until I finally relented and showered with a bar. WOW! These soaps have everything that anyone could possibly desire in a bar soap. The scents are amazing and linger in the air and on your skin after your bath or shower. I love that my skin doesn’t feel stripped and dry with Soapcreek soaps as is the case with traditional soaps. At Soapcreek we leave the naturally occurring glycerin in our food grade oils, and it is retained in the finished product, making what we believe is a superior product. We carefully calculate the amount of each of the olive, coconut, ricebran oils used in the soap to give you a moisture rich lather that leaves a lotion-like nourishment when finished bathing.

A bar of this soap lasts forever. Of course that’s hyperbole… But I haven’t finished a bar yet, and it’s not for lack of trying! I truly appreciate the founder’s commitment to a quality vegan sustainable product. I’m a firm believer in believing that less is more when it comes to certain ingredients, and that none is even better.
