TIPS/TECHNIQUE:
“First, spray the Color Wow Dream Coat liberally on wet, towel-dried hair. This product is essential for glass-like shine and smooth, sleek finish that defies humidity all night long. It gives the hair incredible silky, rich texture. Once the hair has been coated with the product, blow dry smooth with firm tension using a round bristle brush.
