Get the Look: Cynthia Erivo’s Makeup by Armani Beauty at the 2020 Oscars

Cynthia Erivo graced the red carpet at the 92nd Academy Awards wearing a custom white Versace gown embellished bodice and mesh detail. Erivo put her perfectly toned legs on full display with a thigh high split and white platform shoes. She brought the bling with Maria Tash earrings and rings!

Celebrity makeup artist Terrell Mullin create the glam makeup look for Erivo’s Oscars debut.

“This is her night, so we wanted her beauty to compliment her natural beauty and radiant skin. Cynthia was wearing a custom atelier gown in white so we chose a look that was classic old Hollywood with a brown smoky eye, big lashes, and a washed out, nude lip.” – Terrell Mullin

GET CYNTHIA ERIVO’S LOOK:

COMPLEXION:

Terrell started by prepping Cynthia’s skin with the NEW Luminous Silk Hydrating Primer. Next, he used the Luminous Silk Foundation in 11.5  to outline her face, then used the Luminous Silk Foundation in 8.5 in her t-zone and cheek bones. Under the eyes, he used a soon to be released complexion product from Armani under the eyes and where needed.

To warm up her skin, he brushed the Neo Nude Compact Powder Foundation in 14 on her edges and temples. Lastly, he applied the Neo Nude A-Blush in 51 on the apples of her cheeks for a soft blush.

EYES:

Terrell started by lining the eyes using the Smooth Silk Eye Pencil in 12, then smudged it out to create the “smoky” look. Next he applied the Eye Tint Liquid Eye Shadow in 39 across the lid and used the darkest brown shade of the Eyes To Kill Eye Quattro Eye Shadow in 2 on the crease.

LIPS:

For the perfect “washed-out” nude shade, Terrell used the Lip Maestro Liquid Lipstick in 100.
