Cranberries, the little red berry we associate most often with the canned jelly substance that is so wildly popular around the holidays, are chock-full of antioxidants.

Not to say that the edible gel version of cranberry sauce is particularly healthy, however, the nutrients from cranberries boast many benefits for internal health and external beauty.
