The 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards took take place on Monday, June 3 at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center and red carpet regular Kerry Washington presented the award for the Womenswear Designer of the Year Award. Wearing a sunny yellow Jason Wu duchess design dress, Kerry was a standout on the red carpet among the melting pot of black and white gowns.

Celebrity makeup artist Jenine Lobell took inspiration from Kerry’s structured, chartreuse Jason Wu dress, and gave Kerry a clean, minimalist look. A nude eye and lip, combined with a flawless complexion, complimented the modern, bold-hued dress.
