Baby Care Review: Eco Pea Natural Diapers & Wipes
This isn’t my first rodeo with diapers, as I have a five-year-old daughter, and now a five-month-old baby girl. Finding good, dependable, comfortable diapers for your baby is a challenge. All babies are different sizes and lengths and accommodating your baby’s size while getting the functionality you need diaper is never a certainty. I recently tried Eco Pea diapers and wipes and found that for my baby, I got the functionality I needed and well as a soft, absorbent diaper that kept her comfortable and irritation free.
Our natural diapers are crafted using sustainable and biodegradable bamboo sheets. They’re hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, fragrance-free, totally chlorine free and designed specifically for sensitive skin. Despite being eco-friendly, these diapers are luxuriously soft and extremely absorbent. They also include the bells & whistles such as a wetness indicator, size label, blowout guard and snug fitting technology. They’re antibacterial and contain no nasty chemicals. They’re also gluten-free, vegan and cruelty-free (not tested on animals). They use environmental protection water-based ink and come in biodegradable packaging. Our shipping process is carbon neutral.
Our natural, luxuriously soft wipes are extra thick and crafted sustainably with 100% biodegradable Eco Friendly bamboo. They’re hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, and designed specifically for sensitive skin. Our wipes have a pearl textured grip which makes diapering duty easier. The packaging has a lid that locks in moisture to prevent the wipes from drying out. They’re large in dimension (20 x 18 cm / 7.9″ x 7.1″) and are antibacterial, fragrance-free and contain no nasty chemicals. They’re also gluten-free, vegan and cruelty-free (not tested on animals). Each pack contains 60 thick wipes. Our shipping process is carbon neutral.
UPDATE: We now use 33% more bamboo in every wipe. We’ve also improved the packaging so that exactly one wipe is dispensed at a time.
Why I love Eco Pea Diapers and Wipes:
Eco Pea diapers are awesome because of their sizing and materials. The waist bands are contoured to accommodate chunky baby thighs and the tabs have extra length to accommodate cute baby bellies. My current baby is on the longer leaner end of the spectrum, but with chunky thighs. In other diaper brands, this presents a problem as the waistbands are always too big and the leg openings are a tad tight. With Eco Pea, it’s been a totally different experience. The longer tabs allow you to sufficiently tuck and secure the diaper and the stretchy leg openings are never too tight.

Eco Pea diapers are absorbent enough for overnights. I think the longest overnight stretch my daughter got in these diapers was about 10 hours before needing a change. We also didn’t get blow outs with Eco Pea (and no I am NOT open to switching to cloth to prevent blowouts. Don’t comment that, don’t suggest it, keep it to yourself, cloth diapers are not for everyone). I attribute the lack of blowouts to the fact that it’s easier to ensure a snug fit while securing the tabs on the diapers.
The price may be a bit higher than other diapers, but I absolutely love Eco Pea diapers and will definitely use them again.
Eco Pea wipes are soft and gentle and non irritating. They are large enough to get a serious clean up done with one wipe, and perhaps two for the blow outs as mentioned above… I love that these products are biodegradable, as we are always looking for ways to take care of our beautiful earth.
