Zendaya returned to the red carpet for the 2026 Emmy Awards in a crystal-covered custom Prada gown—and her beauty look shimmered just as beautifully.

Makeup artist Ernesto Casillas  complemented the sparkle of the gown with glowing skin and a sophisticated mix of tan and lavender hues. Rather than allowing the makeup to compete with the dress, he created a softly sculpted look inspired by late-’90s red-carpet glamour.

Hairstylist Coree Moreno transformed Zendaya’s pixie into a modern interpretation of Halle Berry’s iconic ’90s cut.

Moreno kept the perimeter sleek while creating airy texture and controlled height through the crown. Individual pieces were bent and flicked in different directions, giving the polished style a slightly rebellious, perfectly imperfect finish.

Moreno used the mini brush for added precision around the sides, nape and hairline. The ghd straightener helped him bend and flick individual pieces while preserving the softness and movement of the pixie.

The finished style was sleek around the edges, textured through the crown and just mischievous enough to feel modern.

Zendaya completed her beauty ritual with Prada Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry Eau de Parfum, the newest addition to the Paradoxe fragrance collection.
