I have always had problems with my waterproof mascaras flaking on me, but I have only tried one of these listed in this post. I love the Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes in the regular formula, so I have some very high hopes for the waterproof one.

Angela, the waterproof tarte is a sticker! It will not budge. And you most def need a waterproof eye makeup remover with it.
