The Ultimate Black-Owned Fragrance Edit for National Fragrance Day

National Fragrance Day. What the heck it it? Who even cares? We wear fragrance in one say or another on a daily basis. Most of our basic hygeine,  personal care products — soap, body wash, lotion, deodorant– have some  sort of fragrance added. Then of course,  we  have our grown and sexy fragrances, perfumes and  colognes. As a  Black woman in the beauty industry, it’s ever important for me to support Black-owned beauty brands. Particularly Black-founded and owned fragrance brands.

WHAT IS NATIONAL FRAGRANCE DAY?

National Fragrance Day, celebrated annually on March 21st (the first day of Spring), is a day dedicated to appreciating the power of scent, personal expression through perfume, and the artistry of fragrance. Established in 2018 by The Fragrance Foundation, it encourages exploring new scents, boosting, and celebrating memory-evoking aromas.
