CeleBeauty Watch: Megan Thee Stallion Covers The September 2026 InStyle in Hot Girl Style

Megan Thee Stallion is no longer simply having a Hot Girl Summer—she is building an entire Hot Girl Universe.

For InStyle’s September 2026 Fall Fashion and Beauty Issue, the Houston-born rapper, entrepreneur and certified beauty chameleon opens up about ownership, reinvention, healing and the return of her harder-edged alter ego, Tina Snow.

Megan Is Building Her Own Universe

Music may be the center of Megan’s world, but it is hardly the boundary. Her growing portfolio stretches across swimwear, pet apparel, tequila, fragrance, food and entertainment. She is also developing an anime-style series, voicing her own character and working on a screenplay.

The common thread is ownership. Megan is an independent artist who owns her masters and releases her work through Hot Girl Productions. She is not simply attaching her name to a collection of products; she is turning the confidence and freedom behind “Hot Girl” into a world her audience can enter.

“The Hotties need a universe,” Megan tells InStyle.

The Beauty of the InStyle Shoot

Photographed by Josefina Santos, Megan moves through a surreal landscape of desert tones, saturated blue backdrops and sculptural fashion. The visual story is every bit as commanding as its subject: glamorous, otherworldly and completely in control.

The Return of Tina Snow

Megan’s forthcoming album marks the return of Tina Snow, the fearless persona introduced on her 2018 EP. Megan describes Tina as the armor she reaches for when Megan Pete—the woman behind the superstar—and Megan Thee Stallion would rather hold something back.

That distinction matters now. After years of public scrutiny, painful loss and the pressure to be everything to everyone, she has learned to protect the most personal parts of herself. Therapy has helped her respond with greater clarity, decide what deserves her energy and accept that not everyone is entitled to her.

Finding Megan Again

One of the interview’s most powerful moments arrives when Megan discusses rebuilding her sense of self after a difficult breakup. Her message is direct: another person’s inability to recognize your value does not diminish it.

That lesson echoes the wisdom she inherited from her late mother, Holly-Wood, and her great-grandmother, Big Momma—two women who taught her to work hard, ask for what she deserves and never surrender her independence.

Beauty Buzz Takeaway

Megan’s next chapter is not about shrinking, explaining or asking permission. It is about owning the work, protecting the woman behind it and giving every side of herself room to exist. Megan Pete, Megan Thee Stallion and Tina Snow are all present—and this time, they are building the universe on their own terms.
