Get the Look: Rihanna's Glowing Makeup at the 2018 Diamond Ball in NYC

If there’s any truth to the saying that “Diamond are a girl’s best friend,” Rihanna is proof positive. At her fourth annual 2018 Diamond Ball in NYC, a benefit supporting the Clara Lionel Foundation, Rihanna was dripping in ice from Chopard. Wearing a white gown by Alexis Mabille, Rihanna was glowing with makeup by Priscilla Ono, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Global Makeup Artist.

TIPS/TECHNIQUES: Global Makeup Artist Priscilla Ono used all Fenty Beauty products to create Rihanna’s Diamond Ball Look, which was inspired by the new Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil. First, Priscilla applied Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation in 330 for a soft matte flawless complexion. To define her face, Priscilla used Match Stix Matte Skinstick in Truffle, a few shades deeper than Rihanna’s complexion, to contour and sculpt her face.

For Rihanna’s radiant highlight, Priscilla first applied light layers of Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Hu$tla Baby onto the high points of her face for a subtle peachy champagne shimmer. She then applied Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil over top and all over her lids for show-stopping sparkle, which served as the focal point of Rihanna’s beauty look. The product’s unique jelly-powder formula is loaded with superfine shimmer to instantly melt into skin. Rihanna stunned throughout the night as the light reflected off her diamond-dusted glow.
