I loooooove blush. I really can’t imagine putting on makeup and skipping blush, I think I would feel naked. As a matter of fact, most days I wear blush, lips and brows as my face of choice. Since I hit my 50s, cream blushes are my absolute favorite, as I love looking radiant and dewy. So you can imagine (maybe you can’t, it’s pretty much over the top) when I received a few compacts of Kevyn Aucoin Beauty The Creamy Glow to review. Why I’m crushing: I was pleasantly surprised how wearable , a pink blush, was on my brown skin. All too often, pink blush looks artificial on brown or black skin. However, The Creamy Glow is just that, a pretty glow that blends right into your skin. The pigment is potent, only a dot is all you need for a sheer wash of color. Of course, the color can be built up for a bolder blush. My skin feels hydrated and look radiant when wearing this blush. I have friends asking me, “What are you wearing?” and I have to spill the beans that it’s Kevyn Aucoin Creamy Glow. I love that this cream blush is a multi-tasker — you can use it on lips as well — I just top it off with a dot of gloss. It is long-wearing amazingly enough, as most cream blushes tend to fade or rub off. No The Creamy Glow however.
