If you, like me, wash your hands a gazillion times a day, then add hand sanitizer, no doubt you suffer from dry hands. And, I have a terrible cuticle picking habit. It’s pretty nasty. However, when I diligently use a hand cream in conjunction with a cuticle cream, I have relief from that horrible dry skin.
