Product Review: Milani Shadow Eyez-06 Royal Purple—Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil

Stop the madness, I found myself in a purple passion rage with Milani Shadow Eyez #06 Royal Purple. I am not one to cross over from the neutral color zone into the world of "Rainbow Bright." For the life of me, I had no idea of what I was going to do with or what I would look like with Milani Royal Purple Eyez #06. I held out as long as I possibly could on reviewing Milani Shadow Eyez #06 Royal Purple until it was second to the last product in my box of goodies.

Check out the details of Milani Shadow Eyez #06 Royal Purple:

SHADOW EYEZ 12 HR PENCIL
Big and blendable 2-in-1 color rich pencil that can be used as shadow or liner. Creamy smooth, long-lasting, water-resistant, crease-proof and paraben-free formula. The next generation of shadows that you sharpen.

How To:
Apply the pencil directly to the eyelid, then blend it out with your finger or a brush. After use, always replace the cap so the tip does not dry out. Easily sharpens with Milani's Duo Sharpener.

Tip:
Tip: To extend the wear, apply your foundation or pressed powder on entire eyelid before applying your eye shadow. This eliminates any oils your lids may have which can cause your eyeshadow to crease.

My results:

In order to attempt wearing Royal Purple Shadow Eyez for the day, I had to call on my alter ego Jill the Princess Diva to bring this look where I wanted it to go. While applying Shadow Eyez Royal Purple, I liked how the pencil was designed fat and round which allowed more control. Application was smooth while product glided on very easily. I love how the color pops and brightens my eyes.

To go a bit further, I added royal purple to my lips along with a clear lipshine to see just how daring I could be and to my surprise, I thought I was quite Divalicious and ready for the runway in Paris. After a full day of doing makeovers in 100 degree temperatures, I was pleasantly surprised that  there was no creasing, no oily residue from being in and out of the heat with using Milani Products.

Last but not least, when my evening was over I started to remove Shadow Eyez #06 using my makeup remover, I must give Milani credit. I thought I was going to rub my eyelids off, and thats in a good way. When Milani says Shadow Eyez is long lasting, they really mean long-lasting. What more canJill the Princess Diva ask for ?
