I Got Profiled — What’s Your Lipstick Say About You?
I was rummaging through my makeup case the other day for a certain lipgloss which was not present and accounted for and had a flashback to watching Let’s Make A Deal when I was a kid. I remember Monty Hall would tell a woman, “I will give you $100 for each lipstick you have in your purse!” Oh, boy, I would hit the jackpot if I were that contestant. After rifiling through my case I realized I had 6 lipsticks and 7 lipglosses and 1 lipbalm in tow. (I know, I know. I can only wear one at a time…) It’s sheer lunacy to carry around this much lipgloss. And to think that I put them on rotation too. I really do need a 12 step program. Back to Let’s Make A Deal — So I’m thinking I would garner a good amount of cash for for my lip loot if I could only meet with Monty; I think that I would rack up a cool $1400 for my stash.
That got me to thinking about this lipstick personality chart that has been floating around for years. So for a little fun on a holiday Monday, check it out. Supposedly the way your wear down your lipstick bullet says volumes about your personality. Did you know you could be profiled by your lipstick? I have been profiled before, but not by lipstick. HAHA!

So this was kind of like going to the nail shop for me. I like my nails “square round”‘ — I have a combo personality when it comes to my profile. I lean between Rounded, Smooth Tip and Flat Top. I wear my lipsticks down to a flat top with round edges. What’s that mean? Well, I think I am all of those things, minus the conservative and needing approval. Now here’s the catch — with my red lipsticks they are always Sharp-angled tip as I prefer a precise application of my reds! And guess what? I’m 100% all of that! So, as I read the descriptions, I see that I cross over many of the “profiles”. I also noticed a distinct profile with color…. Hmmm. And that one nude color is a new lippy, so it hasn’t gotten run down like my others yet. It will be though, I have to live up to my profile after all.

I have seen the lipstick profile before (I used to be a Mary Kay Director…but that’s a whole nutha’ story). I am indeed the sharp angled tip. Without a doubt. And darn proud of it!

I’m a man so, lipstickt doesn’t excite me unless you’re wearing red. That’s my favorite color for a woman to wear. It’s very sexy on the lips. It makes them say “kiss me”
