Disclosure of Material Connection: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising." I love a good primer and I love for my skin to look “lit” from within. Usually I have to use two separate products to get that look, but, with the Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer, I have both highlighting and priming in one product. It has become a mainstay in my makeup routine, and it’s a lovely product. About Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer $10.99 Liquid Illumination! Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer with a candlelight-inspired golden shimmer. Key Benefits: Light reflecting liquid primer Add to your foundation for a subtle illuminating effect, or apply alone for a highlighting glow Can also be added to your body lotion for an all-over glow Convenient dropper for a perfect dosage Suitable for all skin types My results: Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer comes in a glass bottle with a dropper and looks and feels like a product much more expensive than it’s $10.99 price tag. This primer serves as double duty for me, which is just up my alley! (Love a product that has more than one use). The ways I have used Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer: 1. My first foray with this shimmery primer was as an all over primer — no part of my face was undone! After, application of the serum primer, I applied my foundation, and whoa! I had beautiful, glowing skin. The shine from this primer isn’t at all overbearing, it merely creates some light, as if from within your skin. With it, I can use less foundation and have that “natural” dewy look that I love. It has pretty much come to be my go to when I to wear foundation. Love! 2. On occasion, when I don’t want to do the whole foundation thing, I simply apply concealer and bush a bit of Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer over my cheeks and over concealer. I follow that up with a bit of creamy blush and I’m good to go. Just add mascara and lip gloss and you have a very pretty minimal makeup day look. I should add that I even put it on my brow bones as a bit of highlight. 3. Mixology! So when I’m in a hurry, I put a couple drops of the primer on the back of my hand, then I add a couple drops of my foundation and mix. Boom! Shimmery, “lit” foundation in a hot minute. I have to say, this is my favorite way to use Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer. One way I haven’t used Catrice Light Correcting Serum Primer is by mixing it with my body lotion, mainly because I’m too frugal. : ) I want to save every drop for my face. But, given the way it works for my facial skin, I’m sure it would look lovely on the body too.
