Team 20/20 Product Review: I <3 Palmers Olive Oil Shampoo & Conditioner

Finding a shampoo and conditioner can be a dizzying experience. The  variety of formulations is seemingly endless, so finding one that  imparts the moisture and nutrients need for healthy hair can be  tricky. Mediterranean cultures have been using olive oil as a skin and  hair remedy for centuries for it’s humectant quality. With this in  mind, I decided to try Palmer’s Olive Oil Shampoo and Conditioner.

Here is the claim for Palmer’s Olive Oil shampoo and conditioner:

This moisturizing shampoo smoothes out frizzy hair, replenishes moisture and nutrients and removes product buildup.  The balanced blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Hair Keratin Amino Acids and Vitamin E cleanses thoroughly and leaves hair softer, with a smoother texture, easier to style and healthier and stronger.
This rich conditioner smoothes out frizzy hair, increases moisture levels and softens tight curls. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is combined with Soybean Oil and Hair Keratin Amino Acids to protect the hair from environmental aggressors and hot styling tools. Hair becomes shinier with extra bounce, softer and less frizzy and easier to style.

What I found:
The shampoo created a luxurious cleansing experience for my dry hair  and left it feeling much softer and even eliminated the tangles that  normally accompany a shampooing. The conditioner was equally  satisfying. I applied the conditioner to my hair and left it on for  about five minutes. As I rinsed it out, I noticed that my hair had  become even softer and more manageable.

Somehow, the geniuses at Palmer’s have captured hair-healing properties  of olive oil and parceled them into an affordable yet effective  shampoo and conditioner. Needless to say, I <3 Palmer’s olive oil  shampoo and conditioner! Prices from $4.99
