So I guess I have a thing for women in red. It seems to be a recurring theme on this blog. And here we have Selita Ebanks looking quite lovely in red on the red carpet at the 8th Annual New Yorkers For Children Spring Dinner Dance. (Love the shoes…) Of course I’m checking the makeup and it’s genius. Selita has a clean face with nude lipstick and seemingly classic eye makeup. But take a closer look. There is a little stroke of red eyeshadow under the lower lash line. And it is beautiful. Red eyeshadow and eyeliner is popping up here and there, but the key with application is a light hand—less is more. Check out my favorite red shadows here.
