I’m a sucker for a great body cream. A body cream with treatment qualities rates even higher with me. That’s why I was extremely excited to try Karin Herzog 1% Oxygen Body Cream. I’m already a fan of the Karin Herzog Oxygen products as I used them with fabulous results on my clients in my skin care practice.
Here are the details about Karin Herzog 1% Oxygen Body Cream $55:
An extremely hydrating body moisturizer with natural AHAs.
What it’s used for:
Oxygen Body 1% uses 1% oxygen and natural fruit acids to detoxify, energize and exfoliate the body. Naturally antiseptic and antibacterial, Oxygen Body 1% smoothes the skin by gently sloughing away dead, dull skin cells and boosting cell activity, resulting in increased cell turnover. The skin is extremely moisturized, supple and radiant. Suitable for all skin types.
Once a day, apply a thin film to the body without massaging into the skin. Allow to penetrate fully or, if you prefer, shower after 5 minutes.
I’m prone to Keratosis Pilaris (those irritating bumps on the back of your arms) so I primarily used Karin Herzog 1% Oxygen Body Cream on the backs of my arms and backs of my legs. The fabulous synergy of ingredients zapped those pesky bumps in no time — exfoliating my skin without any harsh results. My skin is smooth, moisturized and even toned.
This body cream is a treatment, so be careful not to massage it in like you would a regular moisturizer. Rather, simply apply with the brush that comes with the product and allow it to absorb. I like to do this at night after showering. It only took a few uses to see a significant difference in the texture of my skin.
I highly recommend Karin Herzog 1% Oxygen Body Cream for anyone who is battling rough skin and wants a gentle alternative to a shower scrub. Since it’s on the pricey side, I prefer to look at it as a treatment that I use for “trouble” spots, but if I were on an unlimited budget, I would use this body cream from head-to-toe!
