CeleBeauty Watch: Get the Look—Beyoncé’s FORMULA X Mani for 2014 Grammys

CeleBeauty Watch: Get the Look—Beyoncé’s FORMULA X Mani for 2014 Grammys

WHO: Beyoncé, Grammy Winning Recording Artist and Performer

INSPIRATION: “Beyoncé is such a creative force with a unique vision and loves experimenting with color. For this particular look, we gravitated to shades of purple and red and decided to start with a base of purple and then layer with red glitter to create a deep, sexy, one of a kind shade. The luster of the red top coat complimented her gorgeous Lorraine Schwartz rings and matching red lip.”

TIPS/TECHNIQUES: “We cleansed and prepped her nails with the FORMULA X THE SYSTEM to ensure long-lasting wear. We then painted her nails with one coat of FORMULA X New Classics in Pedal To The Metal, a purple metallic pearl, and added one coat of FORMULA X Lusters in Atom + Eve, a ruby red glitter. We sealed the look with FORMULA X TOP COAT for added shine and longevity for her performance and rest of the evening.”

PRODUCTS: FORMULA X THE SYSTEM ($32), FORMULA X New Classics in Pedal To The Metal ($10.50), FORMULA X Lusters in Atom + Eve ($12.50), FORMULA X ($10.50)

Wow! The process seems a little over the top to me. I could never take the time to have a mani like that. I like 2 coats and a top coat and I am done. But it was a really pretty look though. I like how there have been so much focus on the nails lately on the red carpet. They even have a mani cam on the E channel.
