Budget Beauty Tuesday: Editor’s Pick – e.l.f. Bronzer Palette

Who can live without  a great bronzer? I know I can’t!  I use bronzers for a plethora of reasons — contour, blush, to even out my skin, to add warmth… Well, imagine a bronzer that has 4 options in one palette and costs under ten bucks? Well, that’s what you get with the e.l.f Bronzer Palette. I was sent this palette to review, and it’s become a part of my regular makeup choices.

This beautiful bronzer palettes holds 4 gorgeous shades to mix and match throughout the year for a custom-blended glow. With a mixture of matte and shimmer finishes, you can achieve a professional look every time. The pigmented colors are great for contouring, shading, sculpting, and highlighting.

How to use:

For a contoured look, coose desire shade and apply color by tracing a “figure 3” on the outer side of the face from the forehead down towards the cheeks and downward along the jawline. For a sun-kissed glow, apply a little color onto the forehead, nose, cheekbones, and chin. Make sure to blend out any lines for a natural look

Why it’s an editor’s pick:

e.l.f. Bronzer Palette works beautifully as a highlighter, contour and eyeshadow for me. I do think, however, for someone with deeper toned skin, this may not be a great option. I happen to love the way the powders are arranged in matte and shimmer formulas, so that I can do some light contouring and highlighting with them. I also have found that this palette is great for use as a blush and eyeshadow. The shimmery colors also look great as a blush.
