I may not apply a full face of makeup everyday, but you can be sure that my eyebrows are filled in. After all, brows do frame the eyes and give focus for the face, right? There are a plethora of brow products on the market now — from pomades to pencils to powders. But this one I recently started using by CoverGirl is pretty amazing.
About CoverGirl Bombshell POW-der Brow & Liner by Lashblast $11.99
Why it’s an editor’s pick:
Can you say super simple? That’s how easy it is to use CoverGirl Bombshell POW-der Brow & Liner. For me, I just trace under my brow to give it some definition. (The powder goes on rather dense, so you may want to start at the midpoint of your brow and work toward the tail, then fill in the front.) Then I go across the top to finish defining the shape. I usually only dip into the once or twice for one brow, because you are getting almost pure pigment here. Use the tip of the applicator to fill in.
The color deposits to easily onto the skin and in the brow hairs that you don’t have to force it. If you are so inclined, you can take a spoolie and smooth out the color a bit after application to the brows.
Now, to be perfectly honest, I didn’t realize that this was a liner too until I started writing this post. So, I’m going to update it after I use the CoverGirl Bombshell POW-der Brow & Liner as a liner. I ripped open the package and commenced to using as brow powder. But, I can imagine that it makes a nice smoldering liner because of the powder formula.
I used the CoverGirl Bombshell POW-der Brow & Liner in dark brown.
