Did you realize you could still have bombshell eyes with brown eyeliner? Brown sounds a tad dull, but no. I found that a dark brown liner is subtly alluring and very, very pretty. I tried out CoverGirl Bombshell Intensity Liner by LashBlast in Chocolate Kiss and pretty much love it. It’s going in my makeup bag as a daily staple. Not only is it pretty on, but so super-easy to use that creating that winged-out cat eye is a cinch.
