Nordstrom releases their shopping app—just in time for Black Friday and Cyber Monday

The Nordstrom app is available to all iPhone users through iTunes and will be available on the
Android Market for Android-based devices before Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2011. To

Some of the features available on the Nordstrom app include:

 Product Scanning
Customers can scan merchandise from anywhere to instantly check price and product information such as size and color availability, customer reviews or whether an item is at a store near them. Scanned items can also be instantly added to the customers’ wish list.

 ‘Your Style’
This feature gives customers the option to choose a style they can identify with, and
recommends products to put together a look that’s right for them.

 Easier, More Intuitive Mobile Shopping
The Nordstrom app makes it easy to zoom in and see product images. Customers can also
filter by price, size, color or brand to quickly find what they’re looking for.

 Wish List Functionality
This feature enables customers to manage their entire Nordstrom.com wish list right from
the app. The feature also gives customers the option to make their wish list public as well
as search and view their friends’ wish list too

 Localized Event Information
Customers can find out what store events are happening near them, add events to their
calendar, RSVP or get directions, right from the palm of their hand.

 Social Sharing
Social media features allow customers to share upcoming events or their favorite
products via Facebook, Twitter and email – all from within the app.
